Participant Terms and Conditions for the supply of:

BFF METHOD

In taking part in BFF METHOD Program you agree:

1. Not to violate the privacy of any programme participant.
2. To respect the confidential information of any participant that they share in the course of the programme.
3. Not to infringe any programme participants or Anna Morgan copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights.
4. Not to disclose information of a personal or business confidential nature.
5. That any materials provided to you remain the property of CareerBFF and may only be used by you as authorised by Anna Morgan
6. That materials provided to you by Anna Morgan / CareerBFF may not be reproduced, distributed or sold by you.
7. To act in a respectful manner at all times.

In return, CareerBFF agrees:

1. To provide you with access to the course learning materials via an online platform.
2. To provide you with access to the private Telegram/Voxer audio support
3. To provide you with 1:1 coaching.
4. To provide you with a positive programme experience
5. To respect your privacy and to treat confidential information appropriately.
6. To treat you with respect at all times.

By signing up to take part in this BFF METHOD Program you agree to pay all fees either as one lump sum or in instalments.

Should you opt to pay by instalments you are liable for full payment of fees whether you complete the programme or not. Should you decide to leave the programme early, you will also continue to be liable for full payment of fees.

Instalments must be paid on the agreed instalment date and until such time as the full fee has been paid. Should you be late with payment of an instalment, [your name] reserves the right to remove your access to the programme until such time as you make payment.

All payments are retained whether you choose to complete the programme or not, including:

• being asked to leave the programme due to improper behaviour; or
• asking to leave the programme early due to unforeseen circumstances

you will not be liable for a refund other than at the sole discretion of CareerBFF LLC.  Any refund which is provided will be less the cost of modules already delivered.
