I'm Julia Arpag, CEO & founder of tech recruitment firm Aligned Recruitment. We launched in August 2023, have closed over $700k in new business, and have been fully bootstrapped & profitable since day 1. We hire the BEST software engineers for mission-driven SaaS startups. Our clients have successfully hired dozens of developers, QAs, VPs of IT, and other roles across their engineering teams. We headhunt top-tier talent for top-tier companies. We take the mission-driven aspect of our business seriously. We donate a portion of our profits to foster & adoptive ministries, and my husband and I are foster parents to two teen boys. My overarching goals are to follow Jesus in my life and business, make the world a better place for my family, community, clients, and candidates, and have a blast doing it.
