In this role, I focus on implementing innovative strategies in recruitment, retention, and development, overseeing what I consider the companyā€™s largest expense and greatest revenue-generating assetā€”our people.
As a subject matter expert in Human Capital, I frequently speak to audiences nationwide on transformational topics like HR analytics, building data-driven HR functions, adopting a Human Capitalist mindset, and leading human capital in new, impactful ways.
Iā€™m also the author of Sprint Recruiting: Innovate, Iterate, Accelerate and High Performance Recruiting, two books that bring agile and high-performance methodologies to talent acquisition.
